Lat Pulldowns with Band Face Pulls:

Hamer Strength Shrugs and Front Plate Raises (overhead):

- Front Raises:  45x 5x10

Alternating Crossbody Hammer Curls:
- 40's x 5x10

Freemotion Cable Curls with a stretch:
- 35x10, 30x 10, 25x 3x10
