Upper Body Recovery Workout:
Narrow Push Ups:
- 0x 10x10

Band Pull Aparts:
- Red Band x 5x20 (superset with first 5 sets of push ups)

Band Curls:
- Green Band x 5x10 (superset with the last 5 sets of push ups)
