Goblet Squats:
- Squats: 75x 3x8

Bulgarian Split Squats:
- BSS's: 46x 3x10

Barbell Shrugs with Standing Calf Raises:
- Shrugs: 252x 4x10
- Calf Raises: 40x 4x12
