- 10 Push Ups

- 20 Alternating Reverse Lunges (10 each leg)

Arms and Abs (5 rounds of the Superset):

- 10 CS Cord Curls with Orange Cords

- 10 Diamond Push Ups

- 20 Vacuum Trunk Twists
