Strength Training (Upper Body C):

Shoulders (3:30):
- Landmine Press: 4x12, 14x11, 24x10, 34x9, 44x 5x8
- Landmine High Pull: 4x12, 14x11, 24x10, 34x9, 44x 5x8

Arms Superset (3:00):
- Overhead Triceps Extensions: 45x12, 65x11, 84x 3x10
- Single Arm DB Curls: 30x12, 35x11, 40x 3x10 

Arms Superset #2 (3:00):
- Barbell Skull Crushers: 84x 3x12
- Single Arm DB Hammer Curls: 40x 3x12

Finisher:
- Single Arm Crossbody Cable Pushdowns:  Blue CS Cords x 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (alternating between arms)
