Upper Body Mobility:
- EZ Bar Pullovers: 26x 5x10
- 5x10 Band Pull Aparts between sets
Upper Body Stretching:
- Chest, Biceps, Shoulders, and Lats
- 5x10 Band Pull Aparts between stretches
