Warm Up:

- 5 Romanian Deadlifts @ 45, 95, 135 for 3 sets

SWOD:
Power Snatch, Hang Snatch, Snatch:
- 45x3, 95x2, 135x1
Deadlift (Training Max:  495)
- Warm Ups:  135x6, 225x4, 315x2
- Work Sets:  325x5, 375x5, 425x5
Chin Ups:
- Bwtx5, 25x4, 50x2, 75x0, Dead Hang C2B x3

I called it there for the day.  My left elbow and my back are telling me to rest, probably as a result of getting no rest this weekend.
