Warm Up:
5 Rounds of:
- 100 Single Unders
- Samson Stretch
- 5 Snatch Grip Romanian Deads @45, 65, 85, 105, 125
- 5 Toes to Bar

I did the warm up, and then decided I was not feeling well enough or motivated enough to lift.  So I'll chalk this one up as an "active rest day".
