Warm Up:
- 500m Row
- Dynamic Mobility

Strength:
Axle Deadlifts 1x5 adding 5 lbs to the last workout:
- Warm Ups:  45x5, 135x5, 225x4, 315x3, 405x2, 460x1
- Work Set:  390x5
- Max Reps at 245 in 1:00:  26- Hamstrings were fried.

Conditioning:
5 Rounds 2:00 rounds with :45 rest of:
- 4 Power Cleans @ 185
- Max Reps of 45 lbs plate slams to finish the 2:00 round
Score:  I completed 121 plate slams (23/24/24/25/25)

Extra Strength:
3 Rounds of Max Handstand Holds against a wall with 3:00 rest:

- 1:00

- 1:00
I was supposed to do these before the conditioning but I forgot.
