Single Arm DB High Pulls and Ring Face Pulls:
- High Pulls:  45x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 (each arm)
- Face Pulls: 0x 5x10

Alternating Cross Body DB Hammer Curls:
- 40's x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
