Thursday 4.25.19

Vacation workout...

Tabata Legs and Core:
- Air Squats (back is tight so I held onto the treadmill for these)
- Split Squats Left
- Split Squats Right
- Frog Pumps
- Serratus Crunches with 25's (flutter kicks during the :10 rest)
- DB Romanian Deadlifts with 50's
