- Vacuum Trunk Twists x 20

Conditioning:
Jump Rope (5:00):
- 5 rounds of :40 on, :20 off

Exercise Bike:
- 5 rounds of :40 on, :20 off
- 10:00 steady state

Incline Treadmill Walk:
- 10:00
