DB Shrugs, Band Pull Aparts, and Standing Calf Raises (10:00):
- Shrugs: 100's x 11, 11, 10, 10
- Band Pull Aparts: Red Band x 11, 11, 10, 10
- Calf Raise Machine: 210x 11, 11, 10, 10
