Barbell Curls and Rowing:

- Rowing: 4x 250m

EZ Bar Reverse Spider Curls:
- 48x 3x12

Forearm Lever:
- 5.5 x 3x 1:00 each arm

Rowing Total: 5000m (660,000m of 1,000,000m complete)
