- Rear Delt Machine: 5x10
- Air Squats: 5x10
Biceps with Quads Superset:
- Leaning DB Curls: 40x10, 45x10, 50x10
- Air Squats: 3x10
- Hammer Curls: 50x 2x10
- Air Squats: 2x10
