- Hamstring Curls: 5x10
- Push Ups: 5x10
Calves and Push Superset:
- Calf Raises: 5x10
- Push Ups: 5x10
Triceps:
- 1-Arm Pushdowns: 5x10
- Push UPS: 5x10
