Front Squat Warm Ups and Standing Calf Raises Superset:

Front Squat Work Sets:

Core Circuit:

- Barbell Serratus Crunches: 75x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10
- Vacuum Trunk Twists: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20
