Warm Up:
- Band and DB Shoulder Drills

Strength Training:
Arnold Presses (ascending sets of 10):
- 40x 10, 45x 10, 50x 10, 55x 10, 60x 10, 65x 10, 70x 10, 75x 10, 80x 8, 85x 6

Pull Ups:
- 0x 6, 6, 6, 6, 6 (paired with Arnold Presses)

Fat Man Pull Ups:
- 0x 10, 10, 10, 10, 9 (paired with Arnold Presses)

Overhead Shrugs (3x 9-10):
- 190x 10, 10, 10 (paired with delt raise circuit)

Shoulder Circuit (3x 12-15):
- Rear Delt Raises:  20x 13, 13, 13
- DB Front Raise:  20x 13, 13, 13
- DB Lateral Raises:  20x 13, 13, 13

Recovery:
- Band Push Downs:  Red Band x 50
- Band Curls:  Green Band x 50
- Band Face Pulls:  Green Band x 50
