Single LegHamstrings and Upper Back Recovery (every 4:00):
- No Moneys: Green NT Loop: 5x10
- Single Leg Landmine RDLs: 84x 5x8
- Hanging Knees to Elbows: 1x9, 4x8

Conditioning:
Tabata Air Squats:
- 5x15, 3x14
