Bicpes and Back Superset (every 3:00):
- Barbell Spider Curls: 95x 1x12, 2x11 (switch to 1-arm cable curls)
- Straight Arm Pulldowns: 63 x 3x12 

Mobility Finisher:
- Scap Pull Ups: 1x10
