- Goblet Squats: 75x 5x10
- Serratus Crunches: 35’s x 5x10
Shoulder Circuit #2 (every 3:00):
-Bilateral DB RDLs: 70’s x 5x10
-Knees Over Toes Split Squats: 0x 5x10
-Serratus Crunches: 35’s x 5x10
