Rear Delts and Quads (every 2:00):
- Vertical Cable Face Pulls: 5x10
- Leg Extensions: 5x10
Biceps and Calves (every 2:00):
- Curl Machine: 5x10
- Leg Press Calf Raises: 5x10
Cardio:
- None, but lots of walking today.
