- Rear Delt Swings: 50’s x 5x10
- Leg Extensions: 5x10
Biceps and Core (every 3:00):
- 1-Arm DB Curls: 50x 5x10
- Hanging Leg Raises: 5x10
Cardio:
- None, but lots of walking today.
