Squat and Calf Raises:
- Hack Squat Machine: 10x10 adding weight each set
- Standing Calf Raises: On the hack Squat, same weight, sets and reps
Upper Body Recovery::
- Chest Supported DB Rows: 75’s x 10x10
- Push Ups: 10x10
Leg Finisher:
- 100 Walking Lunges
Cardio (300 calories minimum):
- None
