Strength Training:

Calf Machine:

Lying Hamstring Curl Machine:
- 5x10

Leg Extensions Machine:
- 5x10

Weighted 45 Degree Hip Extensions:
- 5x10

Glute kickback Machine:
- 5x10

DB Goblet Squats:
- 8x10, starting at 50 and going up in weight each set

Cardio (300 calories minimum):
- None
